About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure across both on-premise servers and AWS cloud environments. You will be at the heart of ensuring continuous delivery, seamless integration, and maximum reliability to support our development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems to ensure reliable operations.
- Implement and manage system security (firewalls, access controls, backups) to safeguard infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and manage network environments (LAN/WAN) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Develop and optimize automation scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) to streamline operations.
- Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu) for optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Configure and manage PostgreSQL databases to meet application requirements.
- Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers in production environments.
- Configure and maintain load balancing solutions (HAProxy) for traffic optimization.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to enable rapid deployments.
- Monitor system performance with Grafana and Prometheus; respond proactively to incidents.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Strong background in implementing security measures and access controls.
- Hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN troubleshooting and network administration.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Solid Linux administration experience (Ubuntu preferred).
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Proficiency with Docker-based containerization.
- Familiarity with HAProxy or similar load balancing solutions.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD practices with Jenkins.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
